Women Empowerment

MCF has taken up the challenges traditionally faced by women that are systematically heightened. Recognizing the empowerment gap that hinders both women and their communities from harnessing their full potential for positive change, MCF is committed to bridging this divide through targeted education, vocational training, and community development initiatives. In response to the empowerment gap, MCF has developed a specialized program to equip vulnerable and underprivileged women with vocational skills, business management, and entrepreneurship training.

Youth Empowerment

The Youth in Ghana make up a significant portion of the population, yet many face pressing challenges such as unemployment, negative social influences, and peer pressure. MCF is committed to addressing these issues by equipping young people with the skills and opportunities needed to become future leaders and change-makers. To support a new generation of empowered youth, we provide comprehensive training in business, entrepreneurship, and information and communications technology (ICT). These programs foster socio-economic growth and enable young people to contribute meaningfully to nation-building.

It is the most common form of child maltreatment, yet it often goes unnoticed due to its complex nature and the multiple contributing factors at individual, family, and community levels. Risk factors include disabilities, parental challenges such as limited knowledge of child development, unemployment, poverty, and lack of community support.
